Apply for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan Forgiveness
First Horizon is currently accepting applications for PPP forgiveness of first- and second-draw loans.
PPP Forgiveness
The application process for first- and second-draw loans is managed through the SBA’s Direct Forgiveness portal, regardless of the original loan amount. We have provided the current versions of the forgiveness applications for reference, along with additional guidance documents.
PPP Loans $150,000 and below
For first-draw loans, click “Apply for Forgiveness.”
For second-draw loans, click “Gross Receipts Job Aid.” Once you have the documents you need, click “Apply for Forgiveness.”
