To set up your credit cards for use in Business Banking Online:

  • Visit the Preferences page and enter your mobile number
  • Check the “Text” option to activate your phone for this service Contact your Administrator or the Business Service Center (888-382-8998) if you need assistance
  • To accept these terms and utilize this service, reply to the introduction text you will receive with a "Y"
  • By choosing to provide a mobile device number, you agree to receive alerts and other communications from us at that number, by recorded/artificial voice message, call or text. Data and text charges may apply.
  • Reply STOP to text messages to cancel this service
  • Canceling the service may also cancel the text verification method used to log on to certain other features of Business Banking Online

Text commands to turn your card on and off

Text Commands are not case sensitive

  • ON and the last 4 digits of the card number (Activate the card)
  • OFF and the last 4 digits of the card number (Deactivate the card)
  • STATUS and the last 4 digits of the card number (Get the current status)
  • COMMANDS (Get this list of text commands) STOP to turn off features including this card control feature and verification method

Invalid command. Type “commands” or contact First Link at 800-382-5465. Available commands include, Help, Commands, On, Off, Status, Start or Stop. Format should be the command followed by a space and the last 4 digits of your card number.

Phone number not found. Contact First Link at 800-382-5465 for more information. Log into your online banking profile and ensure your mobile number is listed on the Preferences Tab and check the box to indicate this number accepts “text” messages.

Card not found. Contact First Link at 800-382-5465 for more information. Card Control is not currently available for debit cards. Make sure the credit card number you are entering is available on your online banking profile. To add accounts to your profile contact your Administrator or First Link at 800-382-5465.
