Ready to access the all-new Mobile Banking? Here’s how to get started based on your device:
Refer to our User Guide and FAQ’s or How to Video for more information. Or, if you prefer in-person help, our Digital Delegates are here to help you get comfortable using our Digital and Mobile Banking tools. Find a Digital Delegate near you.
To logout of the Mobile Banking app, you should click the menu option in the top left corner of the page. Scroll to the bottom of that menu and click Logout option.
Quick Glance is a new feature in Mobile Banking that allows you to see your First Tennessee balances and recent transactions without logging in. You will be prompted to enable Quick Glance when you first log in to the new app. If you choose not to enable at that time, you can enable Quick Glance later by following these steps:
To use Quick Glance after your device is enabled, just click the Quick Glance option in the bottom right of the log in screen. Quick Glance is also available for Apple Watch.
Touch ID or fingerprint authentication will be provided in a release later this year. In the meantime, try out the new Quick Glance feature that allows you to see your balances and recent transactions without having to log in once it is enabled.
