How do I logout of Mobile Banking?

To logout of the Mobile Banking app, you should click the menu option in the top left corner of the page. Scroll to the bottom of that menu and click Logout option.

What is Quick Glance?

Quick Glance is a new feature in Mobile Banking that allows you to see your First Tennessee balances and recent transactions without logging in. You will be prompted to enable Quick Glance when you first log in to the new app. If you choose not to enable at that time, you can enable Quick Glance later by following these steps:

  1. Log into the app
  2. Choose Mobile from the menu in the top left corner.
  3. Tap on your mobile device in the list provided.
  4. Click the button to enable Quick Glance.

To use Quick Glance after your device is enabled, just click the Quick Glance option in the bottom right of the log in screen. Quick Glance is also available for Apple Watch.

Does the new Mobile Banking app allow you to log in using your fingerprint?

Touch ID or fingerprint authentication will be provided in a release later this year. In the meantime, try out the new Quick Glance feature that allows you to see your balances and recent transactions without having to log in once it is enabled.
