We recently became aware that certain customers’ credit card accounts may have been compromised as a result of a possible breach associated with purchases made at Target between 11/27/13 – 12/15/13. If your card was impacted by this security breach, you will receive a letter from us shortly informing you that we have closed your card number and replaced it with a new card number. This replacement is a proactive step to protect your account and does not indicate that there has been any confirmed fraud on your account. Steps for setting up your new card will be outlined in the letter.
You can also take steps to protect yourself even further by closely monitoring your account and double-checking monthly statements to ensure they match your records.
