Is Business Mobile Banking secure?

Yes, our Business Mobile Banking Services utilize the best practices for security such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption , security tokes, password access and application time-out when your mobile device is not in use. In addition, no account data is ever stored on your device.

Important: Security Token authentication may also be required depending on service usage and/or user profile settings.

How do I access Business Mobile Banking?

You can choose the functionality that works best for you.

Downloadable application – delivers a more visual user experience with apps available for iPhone, Android smartphone or tablet, and iPad.

  1. Visit the iTunes store or Android Market and search for First Tennessee
  2. Download the First Tennessee Business Mobile Banking App
  3. Once the download is complete, open the app on your device and enter your Business Banking Online User ID and Password

Mobile Web Browser – offers an easy, familiar experience, especially if you are already using Business Banking Online.

  1. Open the web browser on your mobile device
  2. Go to m.ftb.com and select Business & Corporate Banking
  3. Select Log In and enter your User ID and Password

Can I pay bills through Business Mobile Banking?

Yes! You will be able to pay any bills you have set up through Business Banking Online.

Can I setup my bill payment payees via Business Mobile Banking?

Payees must be created in Business Banking Online. Once a payee has been created in Business Banking Online you will be able to pay bills to the payee using Business Mobile Banking.

What if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

Since Business Mobile Banking is a mobile web service your information is not stored on your mobile device and does not require any software to be loaded to the mobile device. We recommend you call your mobile service provider immediately to report your mobile device lost or stolen. In the event your device is lost or stolen however, the service can be disabled through Business Banking Online or contacting us at 888-382-4968.

Is there a fee to use Business Mobile Banking?

There are no additional First Tennessee fees for Business Banking Online customers. You may incur data (internet) or activity charges from your mobile service provider.
