The Customer Service Representative

At First Tennessee, the First Link Customer Service Representative is a key member of the frontline service team. The position is responsible for providing world-class customer service while responding to incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries on various types of accounts and bank products and services.

A successful Customer Service candidate will demonstrate the ability to problem-solve while also identifying areas where our products and services could add value to our customers' lives.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Maintaining a working knowledge of product lines which will include: checking, savings, IRA's, CD's, loans, mortgage, online banking and credit cards.
  • Identifying opportunity to cross-sell products and services based upon the needs of the customer.
  • Completing follow-up paperwork with accuracy and in a timely manner.
