1. Switch service terms and conditions:
First Priority Switching Services are provided at no cost to customers who open Relationship First Checking and Relationship First Savings (Savings) accounts with a combined opening deposit of at least $10,000, and at least $2,500 in each account. Opening deposits cannot be transferred from existing First Tennessee accounts. Subject to bank approval. The Savings account is limited by law to six (6) pre-authorized or electronic debits or withdrawals per month, three of which may be made by check.

  2. Fee guarantee terms and conditions:
First Tennessee will make a reasonable attempt to switch the requested transactions to your new account. If there is a problem with any switch request which the First Tennessee representative cannot rectify, you will be notified as soon as possible, and will assume responsibility for making the switch.

First Tennessee will reimburse any fees (including NSF fees), up to a maximum of $1000 per new First Tennessee checking account, which you may incur in your old (prior financial institution) account or new account as a result of switching issues, timing or errors for a period of (90) days from the date of account opening. Reimbursements will also be made for any late payment fees or other penalty fees that you may be charged by a payee (for example, a utility company) during this (90) day period. This reimbursement will be in the form of a credit to your First Tennessee account, regardless of where the charge was originally incurred.

This reimbursement will not cover a change in terms (interest rate, for example) that might be assessed as a result of a late payment. Reimbursement will also not be given for transactions related to payees that you choose not to provide to First Tennessee.

Customer agrees to email, fax or mail information to their First Priority representative, such as may be necessary to verify or investigate any such fees for which you are seeking reimbursement. This may include statements or other documentation.
